Job Description

Conduct global sales model and internal structural analysis for the company to identify areas of management problems to be solved or procedure to be improved. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Prepare study reports and operational manual by interviewing other staff to assist management executives in making key decisions. Identify past and present market and perform competitive analysis that may be of value to the company’s operational changes and further develop new solutions or alternative practices. Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and other industry reports. Develop and work with tools to present information in useful manner to company’s management team and make recommendations to executive staff. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures and provide weekly activity report/presentations. Provide suggestion and recommendation to executives regarding possible organization change and make future hiring suggestions. Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Global Management, or Organizational Leadership, or the foreign degree equivalent. Experience is not required.

Working Hours:
9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday for 40 hours a week.
